The back pad adjusts through seven positions from a 20 degree decline to an upright seat, and the seat angle changes too so you do not slide on incline presses. A padded leg hold-down locks the feet in for decline work. The frame is square steel tube with a powder coat, and the bench folds for storage against a wall.
