Genuine products from verified sellers·Server-confirmed payments

This policy explains how you can pay, how a payment is verified, and what happens when a payment does not go through cleanly.

1. Payment methods we accept

These are the methods currently enabled on this site. The list reflects what is actually configured - if a method is not listed here, it is not available:

  • Online payment. Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, on the payment provider's own secure page. The methods actually offered are the ones the provider enables for this business.

The exact instruments offered inside an online payment - which cards, which UPI apps, which banks - are determined by the payment provider and your own bank, and can vary.

2. Who processes your payment

Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment service providers. Your card or banking credentials are entered on the provider's secure page, not on ours.

  • We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN or net banking password.
  • We store the provider's transaction references, the amount, the method type and the status - what we need to reconcile the payment, invoice it and refund it.
  • Your payment provider handles your information under its own privacy policy and its own security and regulatory obligations.

How we decide that an order is paid

An order is marked paid only when the payment provider confirms the payment to our server directly. Seeing a success screen in your browser is not, by itself, confirmation - a browser can be closed, redirected or spoofed, so we never treat it as proof.

In practice this means two things. Occasionally a payment you completed shows as pending for a few minutes until the provider confirms it. And nobody can obtain goods by faking a success page, which is what keeps prices honest for everyone else.

3. Payment statuses you may see

StatusWhat it means, and what to do
PendingWe are waiting for the provider to confirm. We re-check automatically. Do not pay again.
PaidThe provider has confirmed the payment to us. Your order is confirmed and will be processed.
FailedThe payment did not complete. If your account was not debited, simply try again. If it was debited, see section 5.
Under reviewThe transaction has been held for a security or fraud check. We will contact you if we need anything, and the order is either released or cancelled and refunded.
RefundedThe amount has been sent back to the original payment method. See the Refund Policy.

4. Payment authorisation and verification

When you pay, your bank or provider authorises the transaction and may apply its own additional authentication - an OTP, an app approval or a PIN entered with them. We then verify the result independently with the payment provider before confirming your order. The amount charged is always the amount recorded against your order on our server.

5. Payment failed but your account was debited

This is the situation customers worry about most, so here is exactly what we do.

  1. Do not pay again and do not place the order a second time.
  2. We re-check pending transactions with the payment provider on a schedule, without you having to ask.
  3. If the provider confirms the payment, your order is confirmed automatically.
  4. If the payment genuinely failed, the debit is normally released by your bank, or refunded by the provider.
  5. We reconcile the transaction with the payment provider before asking you to pay anything again. We will not ask you to make a second payment for an order we have not verified.

If it has not resolved within a few hours, contact us with your order number, the amount, the date and time, and the bank reference or UTR shown in your statement. Those details are what let the provider trace it.

6. Duplicate payments

If the same order has been paid for twice, tell us with both references. We verify both with the provider and refund the duplicate in full to the method it came from.

7. Fraud and security

We monitor transactions for indicators of fraud and may hold an order for verification, or decline it, where a transaction is high risk or where a provider or bank asks us to. Where fraud is established we may report it to the provider, the bank and the authorities.

If you believe your card or account has been used on this site without your authorisation, contact your bank immediately and then tell us, so we can stop the order from being dispatched.

We will never ask for your PIN, OTP or password

99 MULTIPLE SOLUTIONS will never ask you for your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, net banking password, or any OTP in order to send you a refund. A refund is something we push to you - it never requires you to approve, authorise or enter anything.

Anyone asking you to enter a PIN, share an OTP, install a remote-access or screen-sharing app, or scan a QR code "to receive a refund" is attempting to take money from you, not give it to you. Scanning a QR code always sends money. End the call and report it to us through our complaints page.

8. Payment support

For any payment query, contact us with your order number and the transaction reference:

Disputes about a payment or a refund can be escalated through our Complaints & Grievance Redressal page, which gives you a tracked reference.
