2. What we collect

We collect only what we actually need to sell to you, deliver to you and support you:

DeliveryThe delivery address, PIN code and any delivery instructions or alternate contact number you give us.
BillingThe billing name and address used on your invoice, and your GSTIN where you provide one for a business purchase.
Order informationWhat you bought, quantities, prices, taxes, the invoice and credit notes, and your order history.
Transaction referencesThe payment provider's transaction and order identifiers, the payment method type, the status, and where applicable a bank or UPI reference number. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.
Device and technicalIP address, browser and device type, and the pages you requested - used for security, fraud prevention and diagnosing faults.
Security and fraudSign-in events, failed attempts, rate-limit records and risk indicators attached to an order or payment.
Support communicationsMessages you send us, complaints you raise, and any files you attach to them.

3. Why we use it

  • To process your order - accepting it, taking payment, allocating stock and confirming it.
  • To take and verify payment - passing the transaction to the payment provider and reconciling what comes back.
  • To deliver - giving the courier the address and contact number needed to hand the parcel to you, and tracking it.
  • To support you - answering questions, handling returns, replacements, refunds, warranty claims and complaints.
  • To prevent fraud and keep accounts secure - detecting fraudulent orders, payment abuse and unauthorised access.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations - issuing invoices, keeping the records the law requires us to keep, and responding to lawful requests.
  • To improve the service - understanding faults and where the site is difficult to use.
  • To send you messages you have asked for - order updates always, marketing only with your consent.

4. Payment information

Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment service providers. When you pay, your card or banking credentials are entered with that provider, not with us.

  • We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN or net banking password.
  • We receive and store the provider's transaction references, the amount, the method type, the status, and - where the provider returns it - a masked instrument descriptor and a bank or UPI reference number. We need these to reconcile payments, issue invoices and process refunds.
  • Your payment provider processes your information under its own privacy policy and its own regulatory and security obligations. We do not control those, and we recommend you read the policy of the provider you pay through.

We make no claim of any payment-industry certification in our own name. Where card data is handled, it is handled by the payment provider under the obligations that apply to it.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is necessary to provide the service, and only the part that is necessary:

RecipientWhat they receive, and why
Payment gateways and payment service providersThe transaction amount and the references needed to take, verify and refund a payment.
Banks and payment networksWhatever the payment rails require to settle or reverse a transaction.
Courier and logistics partnersThe recipient's name, delivery address, PIN code and contact number. A parcel cannot be delivered without this - it is not optional, and we will not claim otherwise.
Hosting and cloud infrastructureData is stored on infrastructure operated by our hosting providers under contract.
Communication providersEmail and SMS providers, to deliver order updates and OTPs to the address or number you gave us.
Professional advisersAccountants and auditors, where they need records to do their work.
Government, regulatory and law-enforcement authoritiesWhere we are legally required to provide it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work: keeping you signed in, holding your cart between pages, and carrying the security token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Without these the site cannot function. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and sign-in will not work if you do.

7. How long we keep it

Different records are kept for different periods, because they exist for different reasons:

  • Orders, invoices and credit notes - retained for the period required by tax and accounting law. These are financial records and cannot be deleted on request while that obligation runs.
  • Payment and transaction records - retained for reconciliation, chargeback and dispute purposes.
  • Delivery records - retained while a delivery, return or claim can still arise from them.
  • Support messages and complaints - retained while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, so an escalation has its history.
  • Security and fraud records - retained for as long as needed to detect and investigate abuse.
  • Account information - retained while your account is open.

We have not adopted a single fixed retention period for everything, and we will not publish one we do not actually apply. If you want to know how long a specific record will be kept, ask us and we will tell you.

8. How it is protected

  • Access to customer data is restricted by role - staff see only what their role requires.
  • Sensitive credentials held by the platform are encrypted at rest.
  • Uploaded identity and evidence documents are stored outside the public web root and are not reachable by guessing a URL.
  • Sensitive administrative actions are recorded in an audit trail that deliberately excludes secrets.
  • Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data we will act on it and notify you and the relevant authorities where we are required to.

9. Your choices and your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct anything inaccurate - you can also update most details yourself from your account.
  • Delete your account and the data we are not legally required to retain. Financial records are the exception, and we will tell you what we must keep and why.
  • Stop marketing messages - immediately, by using the unsubscribe link or by telling us. Order and service messages continue, because they are part of fulfilling your order.
  • Ask a question or raise a concern about how we handle your data.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request - that check protects you, not us. We will not ask you for a password, PIN or OTP in order to verify you.

10. Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from a child. If you believe a child has given us personal data, tell us and we will remove what we are not required to keep.
